1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using BundleLive ("Service"), operated by BundleLive ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BundleLive provides real-time analytics, bin assignment, shipping tools, and performance tracking for live commerce sellers on platforms including Whatnot. The Service is provided via web application and browser extension.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or legal entity per account. Shared accounts are not permitted.
4. Subscription Plans & Billing
- Free Trial: New users receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access.
- Plans: Basic ($6.99/mo), Pro ($12.99/mo), Team ($29.99/mo + $9.99/mo per invited seller).
- Per-Sale Fees: In addition to monthly subscription, a per-sale fee applies based on volume tier (see Pricing).
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges.
- Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds.
- Price Changes: We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Share, resell, or sublicense your account access.
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or sellers.
- Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond the provided interface.
6. Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service (show data, inventory, buyer information).
- We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the Service and provide market insights.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any data you provide.

7. Third-Party Platforms
BundleLive integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Whatnot, EasyPost). We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, policies, or actions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms.
8. Service Availability
We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BundleLive and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BundleLive from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
