2. How We Use Your Data
- Provide the Service: Analytics, bin management, shipping labels, buyer tracking.
- Billing: Process payments, send receipts, manage subscriptions.
- Communication: Account notifications, product updates, support responses. No spam.
- Improvement: Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to build market insights and improve features.
- Legal: Comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
3. What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.
- We do not share your individual show data, buyer lists, or sales figures with other sellers.
- We do not use your data for advertising or targeted marketing by third parties.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services:
- PayPal: Payment processing. Subject to PayPal's Privacy Policy.
- EasyPost: Shipping label generation. Subject to EasyPost's privacy terms.
- Analytics: We use custom server-side analytics. We may also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for aggregate usage data.
5. Cookies
We use cookies for:
- Authentication: Keep you logged in (session cookies).
- Preferences: Remember your dashboard settings.
- Analytics: Understand how the Service is used (anonymous).
You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not work properly.
6. Data Retention
- Active accounts: Data retained as long as your account is active.
- Cancelled accounts: Data deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), hashed passwords, and secure server infrastructure. However, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

BundleLive is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
10. California Residents (CCPA)
California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what data we collect, request deletion, and opt out of data sales. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise CCPA rights.
