How to Use BundleLive
From signup to shipping — the complete guide.
1 Create Your Account
Head to bundlelive.com/app and sign up with your email. You get a 7-day free trial with full access — no credit card required.
2 Install the Bookmarklet
The bookmarklet is how BundleLive connects to Whatnot. It runs inside your browser tab and sends sale data to your dashboard in real-time.
- Go to the Install page
- Drag the "⚡ BundleLive" button to your bookmarks bar
- That's it — no extension, no downloads
💡 Tip: Works on Chrome, Edge, Brave, Arc, and Firefox. If your bookmarks bar isn't visible, press Ctrl+Shift+B (Windows) or Cmd+Shift+B (Mac).
3 Start a Live Show
Before you go live (or while you're already live):
- Open your Whatnot live show in a browser tab
- Click the BundleLive bookmarklet in your bookmarks bar
- You'll see a green "⚡ BundleLive" badge in the corner — it's connected
- Open your BundleLive dashboard in another tab
- Click ▶ Start Show
- Choose your shipping profile (box size / item cap)
💡 Tip: Open the dashboard on a second screen or tablet for your packer. They don't need to log in — the dashboard updates in real-time via the same session.
4 Sell Like Normal
Every time someone wins an item on your Whatnot show, BundleLive automatically:
- Assigns them a bin number (first win = new bin, repeat buyer = same bin)
- Announces it via audio — "Bin 7, RetroGamer"
- Captures a screenshot of the item from the video feed
- Tracks the price and updates your live analytics
Your packer just listens for the audio callout, grabs the item, and drops it in the right bin. Zero sorting required.
5 Handle Box Splits
When a buyer wins more items than fit in one box, BundleLive auto-splits them into sub-bins:
- Bin #3 → first box (items 1-10)
- Bin #3-B → second box (items 11-20)
- Bin #3-C → third box, etc.
Audio announces: "New box for RetroGamer — Bin 3-B." Your packer grabs a new bin tub and keeps going.
6 End Show & Ship
When your show is done:
- Click ⏹ End Show
- Go to the 📦 Ship & Pack tab
- Each buyer is grouped with all their items, bin numbers, and box count
- Click 🖨️ Print Labels to batch-print bin labels
- Pack each bin → generate Whatnot shipping labels → tape and ship
💡 Tip: The Ship & Pack view tells you exactly how many Whatnot labels each buyer needs. "RetroGamer — 2 boxes, 14 items, $312 total."
7 Review Analytics
The 📊 Analytics tab shows:
- Revenue per minute (find your peak selling moments)
- Top buyers by spend
- Average sale price, median, highest/lowest
- Total sales, revenue, unique buyers
Use this to optimize your show schedule, pricing, and inventory.

FAQ
Does my packer need their own account?
No. Open the dashboard on a second screen/tablet — it updates in real-time. No separate login needed.
What if I miss a sale?
Use Manual Entry (M) to add any missed sale. Just type the buyer username, item name, and price.
Can I use this with other platforms besides Whatnot?
Currently optimized for Whatnot. More platforms coming soon.
What happens if I close the browser tab?
The bookmarklet stops capturing. Your dashboard keeps all data from the session. Just re-open the Whatnot tab and click the bookmarklet again to resume.
