Every new BundleLive account starts with a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged during the trial period.
💡 Cancel anytime during your trial — if you cancel before the 7 days are up, you will never be billed. No questions asked.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the current period. No refunds are issued for partial months.
We encourage you to cancel before your next billing date if you no longer wish to use the service.
If you're on an annual plan, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your most recent annual charge. After 14 days, no refunds will be issued for the remainder of the annual term, but you'll retain access until it expires.
No refunds are issued for per-sale fees that have already been processed. Per-sale fees are charged in real time as transactions occur and reflect services already rendered (label generation, tracking, analytics). These fees are non-refundable.

Please include your account email and a brief description of the issue. We review all refund requests within 48 hours and aim to resolve them fairly.
